Dear Editor:
Last week, the largest
private health insurance company in New Jersey admitted to losing
the personal information of some 300,000 subscribers in what appears
to be a theft.
The personal information of
300,000 of our fellow citizens – people we represent – was allowed
to leave the security of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New
Jersey facilities via the laptop computer of an employee.
Apparently the employee wanted to work on the files of these 300,000

Thank you Senator Bob
Littell
The
first time I met Senator Bob Littell was when he personally knocked
on my back door to speak with my son, Sean, to give him a Christmas
gift. I had heard of Bob Littell (he was my neighbor), but I had
never met him. Sean was his paperboy. That was 10 years ago.
Senator Littell wasn't at my house seeking support for an important
state issue. He was there to say thank you and to speak for a few
minutes to an 11 year old boy about the
importance of hard work and getting good grades in school. He was
being a good mentor. I remember him talking to Sean for about 20
minutes that day. During his tenure as his paperboy Sean enjoyed
many conversations with Senator Littell at his front door.

To the
Editor:
We
would like to thank all voters who participated in the November 6th
General Election. We applaud you for exercising your right to
vote. Your participation in our electoral process is what secures
our democracy and each person who votes is a part of the backbone of
our great republic.
For
those in the 24th Legislative District who voted for us
we are grateful and humbled by the tremendous trust you placed in
us. We will work long and hard to address the issues you identify
as most pressing, namely: government spending and debt, high
property taxes, protecting our citizens, and helping companies in
New Jersey create jobs for our residents.
We
look forward to a continual dialogue with you about our ideas and
your ideas on a smaller and smarter government as well as our plans
on how best to cultivate the great promise for the State of New
Jersey.
Sincerely,
Senator-Elect Steve Oroho
Assemblywoman Alison Littell McHose
Assemblyman-Elect Gary Chiusano
