woman who had been driving a late model black automobile in

Scapicchio sweeps to full term

Scapicchio won re-election to his first full four year term
last night sweeping away two opponents and bringing three
Council running mates with him making the Council once again
solid Republican. The only Democrat on the Council, Jim
Buell went down to defeat.
