The Five Star Quality Service Award was recently developed by Integrity Management as a means to promote and publicize superior chiropractic clinics that excel in patient treatment, customer service and professionalism. Clinics must go through an extensive examination and are graded on such service qualities as punctuality, patient communication, equipment, the quality of services provided and patient satisfaction to qualify for the award. The award was established to provide a uniform grading system that rates quality in chiropractic clinics across the country.
