MORRISTOWN (12/14/05) – The Morris County Division of Health Management has a new online Web site service designed to assist county residents obtain quick and accurate information in the event of a health crisis or health alert in the county.

The new Web site, www.morrishealth.org also contains information abut the Health Management Division and its responsibilities as well as listings of the municipal health departments and health officers in all the municipalities in the county.

Links to a number of the county, state and federal levels also are available as is information about various diseases such as influenza and Avian or bird flu.

This Web site is a resource on which people may rely for fast and accurate information about a health issues or a health emergency should one arise in the county, said Howard Steinberg, the Morris County health officer.
