Beach Street residents complain about Owl
ROCKAWAY (10/5/04) - The company is Owl Contracting. That doesn't mean they can work all night. Residents of Beach Street are bitterly complaining that Owl Contracting was operating heavy equipment all night and diesel fumes were almost overwhelming.

The Rockaway Townsquare Mall Undergoing Significant
Expansion
ROCKAWAY (2/12/04) - The Rockaway Townsquare Mall, presently undergoing significant expansion, will add yet another outstanding feature that's sure to please residents in the area. The Simon Property Group, which owns the mall, announced that the company has contracted with Loews to construct a 3,200 seat, 16- screen movie cinema complex on the northwest corner of the mall near the Sears store.
